OUR STORY
​After graduating from Boise State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Ryan moved to Las Vegas, Nevada for a job opportunity in the Property Management industry. He worked his way up the corporate ladder to become the Pricing and Product Manager for the second largest Real Estate Investment Trust for single family homes in the U.S.

Alui lived in San Antonio almost her entire life, from Olympia Elementary School to college at UTSA where she graduated with a Finance degree. Her first career out of college was in Finance with Frost Bank, her love for animals led her to accept a job at an Interactive Aquarium as a General Manager and eventually was responsible for opening up Aquariums throughout the nation.

While opening up and running an Interactive Aquarium in Las Vegas, Alui and Ryan met and they fell in love. They decided that they wanted to move to San Antonio and start a family there together. In 2017, Ryan was granted a job transfer request to San Antonio as a Property and Renovation Manager for 1,100 homes in the San Antonio area, while Alui started her career as a San Antonio Realtor.

Ryan eventually quit the Property Management industry and joined Orchard Real Estate Services for four years as a Singe Family Home Acquisition and Renovation Manager where he worked with Home Inspectors, Realtors, Data Analysts, and Contractors. In this role, he was responsible for analyzing the accuracy of home valuation assessments and executing home renovations that provided a positive ROI and increased the speed of the home sale.

Alui was loving and excelling at her job as a Realtor first for the Hall American Brokerage in 2017 and later with Keller Williams Heritage in 2019. She worked hard and saw her business grow consistently every year and is now frequently a top 10 realtor for the Keller Williams Heritage brokerage which employs over 1,000 realtors and is the largest real estate broker in the country by volume.

After they both put in their 10,000+ hours into the San Antonio Real Estate industry to become true experts in the field (and after their two children got past the baby stage), Ryan and Alui felt the time was right to join forces and work together. They formed the Alton Group Realty Estate Services in 2023.
Their different backgrounds have provided for an incredibly thorough knowledge of the San Antonio Residential Real Estate market as well as a network of well curated contractors, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate experts. The Alui - Ryan combination provides each client with two highly experienced and knowledgeable realtors with complimentary skill sets which cumulates into the best Real Estate service and experience in San Antonio. ​
ABOUT ALUI
Alui is a Texas girl. Growing up she learned a sense of entrepreneurship from her mom who still owns and runs her own store in the San Antonio Historic Market Square, while she inherited her discipline and drive from her father who graduated with a Masters Degree at the Cockrell School of Engineering at UT Austin. Alui is fluent in both Spanish and English and after living in this area for most of her life, she embodies some of the best aspects of what the San Antonio culture can instill in a person.

Alui enjoys the best of what San Antonio offers, never afraid of a Chispa or a Cabernet anywhere, she likes to galivant with her girlfriends from Southtown to Stone Oak and everywhere in between. But nothing beats staying home and eating pizza with the family on movie night (and Million Dollar Listing after the kids go to bed ;).
ABOUT RYAN
Ryan moved around the United States before settling in Texas: Born in Oregon, Elementary school in Las Vegas. Nevada, High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, College in Boise, Idaho, along with some other stops along the way before settling in San Antonio. While traveling for work in 2015, he decided to take the scenic route from San Antonio to Austin, while driving through the Texas Hill Country he felt that the San Antonio area would be a great place to stay and raise a family one day.

Ryan enjoys renovating homes, donating time at Habitat for Humanity, sports, reading, and would much rather be outside than in. But more than any activity or adventure, Ryan loves a nice early morning routine and a slow day spent with Alui and their two boys.
